Terre de Tendre (Intro)

Terre de Tendre is a video game world inspired by a 17th-century French map. Originally conceived by a group of women to depict a female protagonist’s treacherous journey toward true love, this imagined terrain is reconfigured here as a landscape in which a migrant child who is also the shack that shelters them, searches for a place to call home. This VR artwork serves as an introduction to that world: the viewer first encounters the character Alma, and then embarks on a boat ride inspired by Korean theme-park attractions, reminiscent of It’s a Small World.
